If you’re a dental practice, dental lab, or an entrepreneur who wants to start or grow aligner business, but without any upfront or ongoing investment in hiring, training, without acquiring treatment software licences and without buying expensive 3D scanners and printers, then you are at the right place.

We hire only the best of the best!

Dentist-led Treatment Planning & Generation of Stages of treatment

Each of our treatment planning service providers, including dentists and dental technicians, have worked either for invisalign or ClearCorrect for at least 10 years. Each of them have completed over 5,000 patient cases. Yes, that’s a lot of experience. They provide these services using cutting edge 3D treatment planning software and tools.

Aligner Manufacturing = 3D Scanning + 3D Printing + Thermoforming + Cutting + Trimming + Polishing + Packaging + Shipping

Each of our aligner manufacturing facilities have been carefully curated by doing multiple rounds of successful trials with them. We have a strict criteria for the manufacturer to join our platform, which include having at least 10 years of experience, at least 100 employees, production capacity of at least 30,000 aligners/month. Most importantly, every manufacturer that was allowed to join this platform presented their quality certificates (namely ISO-13845 or CE) and demonstrated their product quality by treating our own patients.

Quality Processes and Certifications

In essence, an ISO certification helps demonstrate that an organization can continually evaluate and improve its processes, products and services. ISO certificates apply at the organizational level, not at a product level (unlike the CE- mark does, which does apply at a product level).

In addition to the quality certificates for the processes and facilities, we require that all the aligners must be manufactured using FDA-approved sheets like Essix or Zendura.

You can be part of the incredible opportunity

The global clear aligner industry is experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing consumer demand for discreet orthodontic solutions. The market was valued at approximately $3.5 billion in 2021 and is projected to reach over $10 billion by 2028, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 17%. This growth is fueled by advancements in technology, rising awareness of oral health, and an expanding adult population seeking orthodontic treatment. With new markets emerging in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, the clear aligner industry is poised for continued expansion worldwide.
