Why Practices Add Aligners

A New Revenue Stream, Without the Overhead

Clear aligner treatment is one of the few services practices can add without a major capital investment.

💰

New Revenue, Minimal Investment

Offer aligner treatment without buying scanning equipment, a 3D printer, or hiring lab staff — we manufacture every case.

🧠

No Steep Learning Curve

Our orthodontist-led team builds every treatment plan. Your team submits records — no new certification required to get started.

👥

Keep Patients In-House

Stop referring aligner cases out to specialists. Treat and retain patients who'd otherwise go elsewhere for orthodontic care.

Common Questions

Before You Get Started

Do I need orthodontic training or certification to offer this?

No formal aligner certification is required. Our orthodontist-led team builds the treatment plan for your review and approval — your role is submitting patient records and reviewing the proposed plan.

How much extra chair time does this add per patient?

Most of the added time is upfront — capturing scans, photos, and X-rays for submission. Once a plan is approved, aligner delivery and check-ins follow a similar rhythm to any aligner-based treatment.

What if I only want treatment planning, not manufacturing?

That's supported. If you already have a manufacturing relationship or in-house capability, you can request treatment planning services on their own.

What equipment do I need to get started?

An intraoral scanner (or physical impressions) to capture patient records. No 3D printer, aligner-forming equipment, or dedicated software license is required on your end.
